Nube Jewels guarantees you an exclusive shopping experience. If once the product is received, it does not meet your expectations, you can make an exchange or return. The term to make an exchange or return of your products is 15 calendar days from the delivery of the order.
The customer has the following options:
- You can exchange the product for another of the same amount.
- You can change the product for a higher value by paying the difference.
- You can exchange the product for another of a lower amount, returning the difference with a voucher with no expiration date.
- You can request a full refund of the amount of the product in a voucher without expiration date, the amount of shipping costs is not included.
The procedure to make changes or returns is as follows:
- The client must contact Nube Jewels through the email info@nubejewels.com requesting the exchange or refund. In the event that the product is defective, the customer must contact Nube Jewels within 24 hours after receiving the product, attaching in the mail the images where the defect is clearly shown, along with personal data and the purchase invoice.
- Shipping costs for exchange or return are borne by the customer.
- In the event that the reason for the exchange or return is that the product is defective or erroneous, the shipping cost will be assumed by Nube Jewels.
- Changes or returns of products under promotions or last units will not be accepted.
- Once the package is received and after reviewing it and verifying that everything is correct, we will contact the customer to inform him or her whether or not they have the right to exchange or return via email.
The product must be in perfect condition, with its label, in its original packaging and without obvious signs of use, otherwise, the exchange or return will not be possible. Similarly, no exchange or return of personalized items can be made.
If the items are received in poor condition, Nube Jewels reserves the right not to make the exchange or return. During the 7 calendar days the customer will have the right to request the resending of their product by contacting Nube Jewels. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Nube Jewels is not responsible for losses, delays or shipments to the wrong address of any product that you wish to return to us. Returns after the deadline or postage due will not be accepted.
