Nube Jewels is not responsible for the order not being delivered within the established deadlines in periods of high volume (Black Friday, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas season) or for setbacks with the transport company. In these times, we recommend our customers to buy in advance.

When you finish your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email in which the order number is provided with which you can ask any questions. As soon as the shipping company picks up the package, you will receive a shipping tracking code.

Nube Jewels is not responsible for the forwarding costs in the event that the address is incorrect or incomplete or when the transport company cannot contact the customer to make the delivery.

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to additional taxes depending on the laws of the destination country.
